Following his ‘Dream A Garden’ LP of earlier this year Jam City returns with an EP of bass-heavy remixes of tracks from the album via the Night Slugs label. ‘Crisis’ and ‘A Walk Down Chapel’ are both given the Earthly treatment; Earthly being the name of Latham’s occasional club night and mix series.
‘Dream A Garden’ found Latham trading club-orientated sounds for guitar-and-synth based introspection. He debuted this new direction at last year’s edition of Unsound Festival in Krakow, Poland.
The 12″ also includes the spacious, tripped-out new track ‘Dream ‘15’. Listen below:
