Remix, music video – Ilja Alexander provides it all with ‘Someday’

London-based dream-pop artist Ilja Alexander has provided the future bass remix for his own single, ‘Someday’ via Green Monk Records. Along with the remix arrives a music video, also adapted from the original. The ‘Someday’ releases have received a significant amount of attention with the official music video for ‘Someday’ has being featured by the renowned CLASH Magazine, EARMILK and Medium, while the remix was premiered via Pop Dust.

“After I first got a listen to the ‘Someday’ Remix, I thought: “Wow, amazed to see that my song and sound can be converted into a future bass dance remix!”. I never considered the possibilities of remixes, until the ‘Someday’ Remix.”

Ilja Alexander was originally inspired to become a singer-songwriter when he went on an exchange program to Osaka where he discovered that people were interested in his music. The revelation helped him eventually move from Amsterdam to London, where he recently formed a band.
