Burgeoning singer-songwriter and producer Arun (Arun Thomas) released a moving love song, ‘If You Let Me To’ with an accompanying music video on November 28th, 2023. Arun has been producing music for nearly 9 years. In 2020, he started releasing covers and his own songs under the name Zeiven after gaining traction from established artists like San Holo, Anne Marie, Flume and Said the Sky, to name a few. Born in Kerala and raised in Delhi, Arun found that connecting to his roots was important for him and decided to release music under his real name. His personal project came to a temporary halt when he went to pursue his Master’s degree in the UK, but it has risen from the ashes – ‘If You Let Me To’ is his first offering.
‘If You Let Me To’ is a heartfelt pop track with dreamy, lush synth instrumentation. Arun’s vocals passionately soar over the music as he sings about holding onto special relationships when you are great distances apart. The accompanying music video features Arun belting his heart out against gorgeously picturesque backdrops in the English countryside, featuring shots from Great Malvern, Grasmere, Ambleside and Workington. ‘If You Let Me To’ is an ode to the people in Arun’s life who loved him from a distance.
